Our site focuses on anthropology,
ethnography, and cinematography.
Welcome to Ethnofilmmakers
Ethnofilmmakers is a site who’s focus is on anthropology, ethnography, and cinematography. We focus on ways in which anthropology may be pursued by means of visual techniques and cinematography. It is our aim to experiment with different types of Internet Communication Technologies (ICTs) and discover ways to use these technologies to conduct exploration into new forms and methods for ethnographic fieldwork. Also, it is our mission to excavate historical events otherwise overlooked from mainstream historical documentation and communicate these stories across cultural boundaries.
Documentary
In the interest of advancing equitable documentary culture, Ethnofilmmakers presents a selection of social, cultural and historical documentaries. Also, we are dedicated to amplifying the visibility of under-resourced, deserving, quality projects filmed, directed, or produced by independent filmmakers.

Documentary is that side of the film business that focuses on life-as-lived human experiences.
